1. Who Can Use GetBeds?

You must be at least 18 years old to use GetBeds by yourself. If you’re under 18, you can only use our platform with the help of a parent or legal guardian.

You promise that:

The information you give us is true and correct.

You are not using our service for anything illegal or harmful.

You will follow all the rules written here.

2. What We Do

GetBeds is a healthcare booking platform. We help users:

Book hospital beds in real-time

Schedule doctor appointments

Order or book lab tests

We are not a hospital, clinic, or lab. We connect you with registered healthcare providers. We do not control how doctors treat you or how hospitals run their services.

We also do not give medical advice. For any medical condition, always follow your doctor’s instructions.

3. Your Account

To use most of our services, you’ll need to sign up. When you do:

Keep your login details (phone number, password, OTP) private.

Don’t let others use your account.

If you think someone else is using your account, let us know right away.

You are responsible for anything done using your account unless you tell us about misuse in time.

4. Booking Services

When you book a hospital bed, doctor appointment, or test:

You agree to share basic info with the healthcare provider (like your name, age, health concern, etc.).

Your booking is subject to availability and the provider's own rules.

In case of any changes (timing, location, or availability), we’ll try our best to inform you quickly.

We try to keep our data up-to-date, but sometimes delays or errors can happen.

Please double-check details before visiting.

5. Payments and Fees

Some services on GetBeds may be free, while others may need payment (like doctor visits or tests).

When you pay through our platform we use safe payment partners (Razorpay, Paytm, etc.) We do not save your card or UPI details. You will get a receipt or confirmation message once payment is done. Refunds are based on our Cancellation & Refund Policy (see below). We don’t take responsibility for payment failures caused by banks or third-party apps.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans change. You may cancel a booking using our app or helpline.

General Rules:

Cancel at least 2 hours before the appointment or bed booking for a full refund (if allowed by the hospital or doctor).

Refunds (if any) depend on the provider’s policy. Some may charge a cancellation fee.

Lab tests can often be rescheduled, but not always refunded once samples are taken.

If you paid for a service that was not delivered (e.g., the doctor didn’t show up), please contact us.

We’ll check and help as quickly as possible.

7. Use of the Platform

You agree to use GetBeds for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You promise not to:

Copy, sell, or rent our platform.

Upload fake bookings or details.

Harm the app or hack our systems.

Post rude, false, or harmful content.

Use the platform to spam or advertise.

If we believe you’re misusing the platform, we may suspend or delete your account without warning.

8. Your Health Information

You may choose to share health data like:

Symptoms

Reports

Medication details

Test results

We use this data only to help you connect with doctors, hospitals, and labs. We follow strict privacy rules and never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Role of Healthcare Providers

We list hospitals, clinics, doctors, and labs on our platform. These providers:

Work independently

Are responsible for their own treatment and services

Set their own charges and policies.

We do not control or interfere with medical advice, diagnosis, or test results. We are not liable for any outcomes from their care.

If you face any problem with a hospital or doctor, let us know. We will try to help but cannot guarantee results.

10. Content on the Platform

The content on GetBeds (articles, tips, doctor profiles, etc.) is for information only. It is not a replacement for real medical advice.

Do not rely on website content to diagnose or treat serious health problems. Always speak to a licensed doctor for that.

We try to keep information accurate and updated, but we can’t guarantee it’s always 100% correct.

11. Third-Party Services

GetBeds may show you links to:

External hospital websites

Lab report systems

Health product partners

These are not controlled by us. We’re not responsible for their content, safety, or privacy rules.

Please use third-party sites carefully and read their terms before using.

12. Intellectual Property

Everything you see on GetBeds—like logos, app design, text, and code—is owned by us or our partners.

You may not:

Copy or download content without permission.

Use our logo or name for your own business.

Change or break the app’s software.

We respect others’ copyrights too. If you think something on GetBeds belongs to you, contact us to report it.

13. Limitation of Liability

We work hard to keep GetBeds safe, fast, and accurate—but we are not responsible for:

Mistakes made by hospitals, labs, or doctors

Delays due to internet or tech issues

Health outcomes from services booked through us

Any damage or loss caused by using our platform

By using our platform, you agree to use it at your own risk.

14. Account Termination

We may suspend or remove your access if:

You break these Terms

You use the platform in harmful or illegal ways.

You provide false or misleading information.

You can also delete your account anytime by contacting us.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make big changes, we will:
